We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President,pliance & Control II to join our Financial Crimespliance AML Surveillance Transaction Monitoring team.

This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways :

• Manage a team of approximately 5 - 10 AML professionals performing financial crimes investigations
• Contribute to the assessment and validation of controls for AML processes and procedures to drivepliance with laws, rules, and regulations
• Engage with Business andpliance professionals to identify, capture, and escalate issues to senior management
• Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop professional staff to maximize their contributions and support their professional growth
• Ensurepliance with the timely execution of transactional investigations and drive quality control standards and performance

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following :

• Bachelors' degree or the equivalentbination of education and experience is required
• 7-10 years of total work experience, with 2-5 years of management experience, experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring desired
• Subject matter expertise in financial crimes investigations
• Delivery of data analytics, reporting of key risk indicators, and worksfortably with large data sets
• Evidence of People Leadership required
