- This is a hybrid role, 4 days / week in the office in St Louis, MO. You must be located in St Louis for this position.
You will be actively participating in the grooming of new biller solutions. This position will leverage Technical skills, experience and abilities in SQL, Java and any billing functions (ordering, billing, invoicing, taxation, etc.
to guide rapid design of solutions that are readily supportable by the operations teams. The ideal candidate will have Enterprise Catalog configuration experience in a telecommunications setting or any relative Product Catalog and Configuration experience.
You will be working on the catalog team, focused on offer creation (service is $x, discount is $y, phone launches, etc...
Working in MEC, Master Enterprise Catalog, which is an Amdocs product.
- Knowledge of mobile, internet, voice, video products and services
- Strong skills creating SQL queries
- Experience with Java and / or computer science related degree
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
- Knowledge of billing systems and Enterprise Catalog used by communications service providers
- Proficient use of personal computer and software application skills (i.e. Word, Excel, SQL Developer, Visio, JIRA)
- Ability to demonstrate lateral thinking required to solve complex technical problems and to collaborate well with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources
- Preferred to have knowledge and experience with billing software (Amdocs, CSG, ICOMS) or similar billing system.
- Preferred experience with Product Catalog systems (MEC)
