As a (Junior) Integrated Marketing Manager (m / f / d) - Americas , you will work within the content & demand generation team, playing a pivotal role in orchestrating marketing campaigns (focus on digital paid and offline events) and supporting wider marketing initiatives across Americas.

Integrated Campaign Management : Support the conceptualization, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives across various channels, including digital platforms (e.

g., Google, LinkedIn, Meta), offline events (trade shows, dinners), paid media, and account-based marketing, to maximize impact and reach.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and successful execution of strategies across all marketing campaigns, enhancing their overall effectiveness.
  • Content Collaboration for Digital Channels : Partner with the content team to develop engaging messaging and materials tailored for each marketing channel, ensuring that they align with the brand voice and resonate with target audiences, presenting key offerings effectively.
  • Performance Analysis and Insights : Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to refine strategies and improve future marketing efforts.
  • Support for Broader Marketing Initiatives : Actively contribute to a range of marketing activities, including campaign development, digital marketing, and ABM initiatives, to support a cohesive and unified marketing approach.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, or a related field, with a passion for event management and marketing.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with an interest in organizing and managing physical events as well as managing digital campaigns.

Prior experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.

  • Enthusiastic and hands-on approach, with a keen sense of responsibility and initiative, especially in the context of event planning and execution.
  • Quick learner with a structured approach to work, able to adapt to the dynamic nature of event marketing and manage multiple projects efficiently.
