High Volume Operator / Assembly Role
Job Description
The high-volume operator will ensure that all assemblies are produced, inspected, and packaged for shipment in accordance with documented KETA and customer requirements on high-volume production lines.
- Produce, inspect, and package assemblies for shipment.
- Adhere to documented KETA and customer requirements.
- Operate on high-volume production lines.
Essential Skills
- Experience in a production-based role (minimum 6 months).
- Experience working with tools and performing mechanical assembly.
- Manual dexterity to work with small components (e.g., microchips, PCBs, SD cards).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and tape measures.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Experience with mechanical assembly and soldering.

Work Environment and Shift
The work environment is a clean, climate-controlled cleanroom :
1st Shift : 5 am to 3 : 30 pm, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays.
2nd Shift : 3PM-2AM, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays.
Typically half days and voluntary but can be mandatory based on production goals.
