This Contracts Administrator will oversee contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing terms while leading the contracts management efforts for teaming agreements, NDAs, and consulting agreements.

Responsibilities :
- Comprehensive Contract Management : Oversee the entire contract process, from negotiation and review to execution and maintenance, for both Federal and Commercial contracts, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and organizational policies.
- Agreement Initiation and Maintenance : Initiate, negotiate, and maintain new agreements, including NDAs, TAs, Subcontracts, and Purchase Orders.
Coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to Contracts / Subcontracts and address notification of funding limitations.
Record Management : Maintain and monitor Contract / Subcontract records to ensure compliance with funding requirements and contractual terms.
Organize and manage contract versions, amendments, correspondence, and related documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Issue Resolution : Research and resolve Contract / Subcontract issues, disputes, and terms / conditions, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
- Proposal Support : Assist with proposal preparation, including RFP review, completion of Representations and Certifications, and providing price proposal support.
Conduct cost and price analysis as needed.
Qualifications / Background Profile :
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred,
- 3+ years of Contract / Subcontract Administration experience in federal contracting.
- NCMA certification preferred, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
- Strong understanding of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and proficiency with Deltek Costpoint.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), with the ability to navigate complex contract documents and spreadsheets.
- Working knowledge of contract types including IDIQ, CPFF, T&M, FFP, and GSA schedules.
