Job Title
HR ManagerAs the HR Manager, you will provide strategic HR consultative services for one or more manufacturing facilities of increasing complexity by ensuring the adoption of HR related programs and initiatives that support the employee life cycle.
You will proactively identify talent related needs and partners with leadership and HR Centers of Expertise to solution.
You will enable achievement of business objectives and influences talent decisions through application of HR best practice.
Manage time, resource, and cross functional coordination effectively to optimize HR business partner impact.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Under general supervision, provides consultative support on complex people related matters pertaining to one or more facilities.
- Understands and implements established HR related programs at the facilities in support of the employee life cycle. Reports on plant-level Human Resources key performance indicators.
- Understands the business environment, objectives, and people implications in order to help the facility meet and exceed its financial and operational metrics.
- Effectively communicates facility progress against metrics and makes the connection to employee related implications in order to proactively solution.
- Proactively engages HR Business Partner team and HR Centers of Expertise to learn and share best practice to achieve process efficiency and an improved employee experience.
- Completes or directs hiring and onboarding activities.
- Manages routine and more difficult employee relations activities utilizing strong judgement and communication skills, demonstrates understanding of company policies and legislative requirements, and works with internal / external parties, such as attorneys and the EEOC, to resolve.
- Coaches employees and leaders to foster effective and productive working relationships and advises supervisors on performance, behavior and development related matters.
- Ensures that programs are carried out in accordance with Company policies and procedures and clarifies and interprets Company guidelines for all employees.
- Identifies gaps in policy and process and raises to HR Business Partner network.
- Provides training and presents information to employees and managers in a large and small group formats. Bridges compliance with purpose and intention as it relates to the employee experience.
- Partners with Centers of Expertise to provide the HR Business Partner point of view on employee related programs and drives adoption of programs within the facilities.
- May be the first HR point of contact for all employee related questions at the facility.
- May directly supervise HR Business Partners and / or contribute to their development.

Recommended Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
Experience :
Recommended 7 years related work experience.
Functional / Technical Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Experience with employee relations.
- Experience with Workforce Planning a plus.
- Experience with onboarding and training new employees.
- Exhibits In depth and increasing understanding of HR concepts and principles.
- Exhibits strong interpersonal and organizational skills, great attention to detail as well as excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and background.
- Exhibits effective cooperation and communication skills to effectively work within a team environment
- Effectively gives and receives feedback; willingly asks questions and seeks direction, as needed.

Target Hiring Range
Annual Salary : USD 93,768.00 - USD 123,774.00
