Sales Manager

Ironside Claims seeking a high-energy Sales Account Manager local to the Los Angeles area to spearhead our referral and vendor relationships.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in understanding client needs and ensuring excellent support throughout their insurance claims process.

Key Responsibilities :

• Client Acquisition : Identify and engage potential clients in need of public adjusting services through targeted lead generation strategies.
• Consultative Sales : Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and articulate the advantages of hiring a public adjuster.
• Negotiation : Secure contracts and clearly communicate terms and fees to clients.
• Customer Service : Deliver exceptional service by addressing client inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Team Coordination : Work closely with the public adjusting team to ensure a seamless transition for client cases.
• Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about industry trends, insurance policies, and regulations to provide knowledgeable support.
• Documentation : Collaborate with clients to collect and organize necessary documentation for their insurance claims.
• Pipeline Management : Build and sustain a robust pipeline of prospective clients using various methods.
• Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress using our CRM system (Salesforce).

Qualifications :

• Sales Experience : Proven track record in sales within the insurance industry. Looking for someone who has closed over at least 100 jobs throughout their career.
• Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation : Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Motivation : Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
• Relationship Building : Ability to cultivate and maintain robust client relationships.
• Insurance Knowledge : Familiarity with insurance claims processes is advantageous.
• Transportation : Reliable transportation and ability to commute throughout the Los Angeles area as necessary.

Compensation :

You'll earn a percentage of the company’s net revenue. Payments are made promptly upon receipt of funds. You have the opportunity to increase your earnings not only through sales but also by generating new leads.
