Description

DTN is seeking a Senior Product Manager with an exceptional track record of success and leadership to help lead the company through its next phase of profitable growth in Energy & Refined Fuels SaaS.

The role will develop and execute a comprehensive product and go to market strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and vision.

What you will be responsible for :

  • Developing and executing a pragmatic plan Product strategy within the Product Management function using a consistent, structured data driven approach for market analysis, competitive differentiation, and product level business planning.
  • Evaluating build, buy, and partner options, prioritized across the portfolio of opportunities that address customer needs and value.
  • Defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, vertical input, and competitive analysis.
  • Designing for customer value, customer growth, and margin.
  • Driving a formal road mapping process seeking feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deploying metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of product management decisions and go to market processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Working closely with Engineering teams to ensure solution requirements are met and products / features are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to develop product & solution targets, go-to-market strategies, and drive product adoption.
  • Delivery and ongoing validation of ICP and TAM.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, influencers and partners to gather feedback.

What you will bring to the role :

  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability to apply market trends and customer insights to drive product strategy.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful product launches and achieving business goals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with and build relationships at all levels of the organization and within customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
  • Proven experience in implementing product management best practices and establishing new functions within an organization.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis methodologies.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $105,000 and $140,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time.

The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to : prior work experience, training / education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws.

The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
