Tom Wood Subaru,located in Indianapolis, Indiana, is currently searching for a customer focusedPart-Time Receptionisttojoin our team.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and will help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Schedule rotates between WEEK 1 and WEEK 2.
- WEEK 1Monday through Thursday : 3 PM to 6 PMFriday OffSaturday 8 AM to 6 PM
- WEEK 2Monday through Thursday : 3 PM to 6 PMFriday : 7 : 30 AM to 6 PMSaturday- Off
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about our products / services, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Greet and welcome walk-in customers, determine their needs, and direct them accordingly.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and the customer lounge area, including stocking supplies and cleaning as needed.
- Place weekly supply orders to ensure adequate inventory of office supplies and amenities
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Exceptional customer service skills, previous experience in customer facing rolls preferred
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- Professionalism in demeanor, appearance, and communication is essential
- Detail oriented
- Basic proficiency in computers and office software usage is preferred
