Introduction :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our dynamic CEO. This role is suited for someone with a strong background in finance and accounting, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is capable of handling multiple tasks with high precision.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day :

  • Financial Management :
  • Assist in the reconciliation of financial statements and manage accounting duties with a high level of accuracy.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for the CEO's review.
  • Administrative Support :
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Monitor and manage communications including emails and phone calls, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Travel Coordination :
  • Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including itineraries, lodging, and transportation.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination :
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events, including venue selection, equipment setup, and catering.
  • Prepare materials for briefings and presentations, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
  • Documentation and Reporting :
  • Maintain confidential records and files in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and documentation of business procedures and reports.

Here's what we're looking for :

  • Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in financial management or accounting experience.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with financial management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Flexibility with work hours and open to travel as needed.
  • Desired Skills
  • Experience working directly for executive-level management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and able to handle uncertainty.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
