Introduction :
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our dynamic CEO. This role is suited for someone with a strong background in finance and accounting, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is capable of handling multiple tasks with high precision.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day :
- Financial Management :
- Assist in the reconciliation of financial statements and manage accounting duties with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for the CEO's review.
- Administrative Support :
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Monitor and manage communications including emails and phone calls, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Travel Coordination :
- Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including itineraries, lodging, and transportation.
- Meeting and Event Coordination :
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events, including venue selection, equipment setup, and catering.
- Prepare materials for briefings and presentations, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain confidential records and files in an organized and accessible manner.
- Assist in the preparation and documentation of business procedures and reports.
Here's what we're looking for :
- Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in financial management or accounting experience.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with financial management software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Flexibility with work hours and open to travel as needed.
