IT Finance Architect - Oracle EBS / FusionThe IT Finance Architect is responsible for the design, deployment, and management of Finance Solutions supporting business operations.
This position would be responsible for directing and guiding the IT Finance Team to resolve daily operational issues, manage user expectations with regards to deliverables and handling period close.
Additionally, the IT Finance Architect would be responsible for contributing towards process roadmaps and improvements required to drive business operations.
Essential Functions
- Design, build and implement essential Finance functions needed for Business growth.
- Lead operational support processes / enhancements including transaction monitoring, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Lead and actively participate in all phases of system implementation including requirements gathering, functional and technical design, UAT, deployment and support.
- Controls scope and requirement gathering and design sessions.
- Identify risks and benefits of alternate designs; calculates costs / benefits of potential actions or solutions to establish their viability / ROI.
- Align departmental goals and objectives with business requirements.
- Develop Strategic goals and align to existing Business processes
- Act as role model for administrative staff, ensuring department processes and company policies are adhered to.
- Provide input to departmental staff development plans.
- Provide status updates to IT Management team, keeping Managers apprised on operational and project status and issues.
- Has the following work experience2-3 cycles of ERP Cloud implementation experience with key focus on Costing and GL modules 2-3 cycles of EBS implementation experience or 5-6 years of EBS support experience with focus on Cost Management and General LedgerExposure to Global Consolidation in one or more of the above implementation / support areasExposure to Intercompany AccountingGood functional knowledge of Management Reporting in a Manufacturing Env eg : GMA Reporting ,SG&A , Plant Income Statement

- Minimum Qualifications : 10+ Years Experience in Oracle ERP with last 5 years in a senior position within Finance2 Years Experience in ERP Cloud3 Years - Experience in and architect role4 Years Experience managing project deliverables
