The Customer Success Project Manager (CSPM) of Data Center Services is responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of all assigned projects.
This includes coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources and communicating directly with clients and department heads concerning the project.
This position will report directly to the Director of Data Center Services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Manages several projects at one time.
Accountable for the oversight of critical workstreams of customer installations.
Drive cross functional integration between key Switch teams including Sales, Construction and Operations.
Supervises all aspects of the process including reviewing documents, such as service orders, change orders,
purchase orders, submittals and RFI’s. Planning, assigning, delegating and directing work as necessary.
Onboards new customers by collecting key data, submittals, forms, etc.
Prepares and leads internal project kick-off calls as needed. Prepares and leads kick-off calls with new customers and current customers with new deployments for all Switch
facilities.
Creates project plans with timelines and provides regular progress communications to ensure timelines are met
and any potential challenges are mitigated. Identifies risks in project deployment or milestones and communicates proactively to management with possible
solutions.
