Singnala is looking for dedicated Call Center Representatives to handle customer inquiries, provide support, and ensure a positive customer experience.
This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming customer calls and provide accurate information about products or services
- Follow call scripts and guidelines to handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant department for further assistance
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers
- Record and update customer information, transactions, and inquiries in the database
- Respond to customer emails, live chats, or social media messages, ensuring timely and thorough resolutions
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficient in using computer systems and knowledge of relevant software applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
