Job Location : Richmond, VA (Hybrid / Flexible)Exiger’s Talent & Culture business unit is excited to welcome an HR Business Partner to our team.

This will be a pivotal role tasked with harmonizing human resources strategies with wider business objectives in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

This position entails working closely with leadership and management teams to grasp their goals and challenges, and crafting HR solutions that enhance organizational performance.

Core responsibilities encompass talent management, employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.What You’ll Do : Align HR strategies with business goals to drive growth and innovationPartner closely with leadership and management teams to understand objectives and challengesExamine and interpret different types of employee reports (such as those on compensation, job levels, and attrition) to inform decision-making and offer proactive solutions for Exiger’s business units.

Develop and implement HR solutions that enhance organizational performanceOversee employee relations to foster a positive, inclusive cultureWork within Exiger’s performance management system to track and improve employee outcomesConduct workforce and succession planning to ensure future organizational readinessProvide strategic HR guidance and best practice recommendationsFacilitates change management and supports organizational development initiativesAnalyzes HR data and metrics to provide actionable insightsManage employee engagement and retention programs to reduce turnoverCollaborate with Learning & Development to create and implement value-added programs focused on training, career development, mobility, and job performance improvement.

Assist in conducting both employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews to gather valuable feedback.

Support wider T&C initiatives, including but not limited to DE&I, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition functionsEnsure compliance with employment laws and internal policies What You Need : 4+ Years of work experience in HR roles, with at least 2+ years as a Human Resources Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar roleA bachelor’s degree in business administration, preferably with a concentration in Human ResourcesProficiency in Excel and similar tools for organizing, manipulating, analyzing, and visualizing HR dataExcellent verbal communication skills Skilled with handling multiple intricate issues and prioritizing projects simultaneously What’s Nice to Have : Prior experience working within a high-growth global SaaS organizationFamiliarity with Exiger’s HR Tech-Stack including ADP, Absorb (LMS), CultureAmp (PMS), Greenhouse (ATS), and moreApplicants holding SHRM, PHR, or other HR certifications are preferred We’re an amazing place to work.
