This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and commercial challenges, support complex deals, and build long-term strategic partnerships. You will develop reference architectures, create best practices, and contribute thought leadership that enables impactful solutions. The role is highly visible, client-facing, and central to driving innovation in aviation connectivity.

Accountabilities :

The Principal Solutions Architect will be responsible for guiding customers and internal teams through solution design, technical implementation, and strategic adoption :

• Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product features, capabilities, and roadmap.
• Incubate, launch, and scale new aviation connectivity solutions to meet customer needs.
• Translate complex customer requirements into technical solutions, collaborating closely with product management and engineering teams.
• Identify and resolve technical and commercial challenges, enabling innovative product offerings.
• Support strategic business development, pricing, and deal negotiation.
• Focus on complex deals and develop long-term strategic partnerships with customers.
• Create and capture best practices, technical content, reference architectures, and documentation to support team knowledge and customer adoption.
