About the job

  • This is NOT a Remote Position – Must reside in MD, DC, or VA

Responsibilities

  • Experience with demolition
  • Perform take-offs, scope reviews, and cost breakdowns
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and schedules
  • Analyze subcontractor quotes and maintain historical cost data
  • Support buyout, budgeting, and turnover processes
  • Present bids to management and assist in contract negotiations

    • Qualifications

  • Experience with demolition or heavy civil estimating
  • Strong skills in Excel, Bluebeam, and estimating software
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Detail-oriented with strong cost control knowledge
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Construct Connect, BuildingConnected or SmartBid is a plus
