Sales Lead, Data & Analytics – Tata Consultancy Services
Experienced professional with a techno-functional expertise in data and analytics for the sales and marketing domain. The candidate should have more than 13 years of experience in customer and channel analytics, and in sales and marketing analytics, spanning roles such as data architect / solution architect. Experience in areas like master data management, data governance and data quality is required, with an overall understanding of the Martech data stack. Strong ability to relate technological interventions to business use cases is essential.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients in the sales and marketing areas to identify potential business opportunities related to data and analytics interventions.
- Leverage knowledge of the Martech data stack to propose interventions that drive specific business use cases.
- Develop solutions related to data interventions in sales and marketing analytics.
- Deliver consulting engagements as a techno-functional expert to implement marketing analytics projects in client environments.
Qualifications
13+ years of experience in data and analytics.Exposure to sales / pre-sales functions for 5+ years.Experience with data tools and familiarity with Adobe / Salesforce.Deep understanding of the Martech data stack and marketing analytics from data management and consumption perspectives.Experience in data architecture, data governance, data quality standards, and data security practices.Experience in advanced analytics, machine learning, AI and Gen AI.Experience in customer-facing roles delivering data use case solutions.Cloud-based data stack certification (AWS / Azure / GCP).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.Education : Bachelor's Degree
Salary Range : $153,700-$230,500 per year
