R.C. Moore, Inc., a leading 3PL company involved in Trucking, Warehousing and Brokerage, is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at our Tampa location. Established in 1956, we became 100% employee-owned (ESOP)in 2022. We provide a national third-party logistics network to support our various food and beverage providers, and we are passionate about delivering exceptional and timely service to all customers. This position is full-time and may require working a rotating weekend schedule if necessary.
As a CSR, you will be a part of our Distribution Center team and will help provide the Warehouse with administrative support. You will also be the liaison between the DC and outside parties such as receivers, shippers, and DC clientele.
