This full-time role includes weekend work to meet the needs of our community and offers a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do : Leasing & Sales :

Build genuine relationships with prospects and match them with homes that fit their needs

Conduct engaging property tours, highlight key features, and share pricing updates via Yieldstar

Follow up on leads daily using Yardi and coordinate appointments

Support lease renewals by identifying at-risk residents and driving retention efforts

Create eye-catching marketing content using Canva and share it on social media platforms

Resident Relations :

Deliver exceptional, solution-focused customer service

Address resident concerns quickly and professionally

Assist with resident satisfaction and retention programs

Compliance & Documentation :

Ensure all leasing activities comply with Fair Housing laws (training provided)

Prepare lease documents, maintain accurate resident records, and track renewals

Organize renewal offers and community events to boost resident engagement

Organization & Communication :

Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-moving environment

Keep lease files, communications, and marketing reports up to date

Collaborate with site and regional teams to hit leasing goals

What We’re Looking For :

High school diploma (required)

1+ years experience in leasing, sales, or real estate preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment

Familiarity with Yardi, Yieldstar, Microsoft Office, and Canva is a plus

Knowledge of Fair Housing laws is a bonus (training available)
