Job Summary : The Management Analyst provides mission-critical support in the areas of acquisition management, program analysis, technology support, and / or case management to improve efficiency, compliance, and transparency across organizational operations. This role is responsible for coordinating with leadership, program offices, and contractors to deliver actionable insights, manage schedules, and provide clear, timely reporting that drives informed decision-making. The analyst ensures that programs and projects are executed effectively, risks are managed proactively, and stakeholders remain engaged through consistent communication and oversight.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide oversight and administrative support for acquisition activities and ensure compliance with applicable requirements and reporting standards.
Coordinate with program managers, contracting officials, and stakeholders to monitor progress and align activities with acquisition objectives.Assist with information collection, audit responses, and compliance reporting for internal and external oversight bodies.Program Analysis & Case ManagementDevelop and maintain status reports that provide transparent case management, including progress updates, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
Support decision-making processes by documenting requirements, tracking policy questions, and capturing lessons learned.Perform risk management by identifying potential issues, maintaining a Risk Management Plan, and reporting status during reviews.Create dashboards, detailed reports, and presentations that provide leadership with clear visibility into program performance.Technology SupportApply IT project management practices, methodologies, and standards to support efficient lifecycle management of technology initiatives.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to address system integration, data management, and interoperability challenges.Provide technical assistance for data calls, reporting, ticket tracking, and related technology-driven activities.Support the adoption and integration of new regulations, policies, and standards into program operations.Planning, Scheduling & CommunicationCreate and maintain project schedules to track activities, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
Maintain and update a comprehensive Communication Plan that identifies stakeholders, strategies, methods, and milestones for outreach and engagement.Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and briefings, capturing action items and distributing summaries within required timeframes.Develop presentations and provide briefings to leadership, program staff, and other stakeholders.Knowledge & Information ManagementMaintain a centralized information repository to ensure accurate and accessible documentation for stakeholders.
Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, guidance documents, and job aids to clarify roles, responsibilities, and accountability.Support onboarding, offboarding, and administrative actions to ensure compliance with clearance, suitability, and system access requirements.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in acquisition support, program analysis, technology support, or case management.Active 5C Moderate Risk Public Trust Clearance required.PMP PreferredStrong understanding of acquisition processes, program oversight, and IT project management practices.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling tools, and dashboard / reporting software.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with experience briefing senior leadership.Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive efficiency, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Job Posted by ApplicantPro
