Overview
We are seeking an experienced Upstream Manufacturing Manager to lead material preparation, formulation, and filtration operations. This is an on-site position based in Houston TX.
Responsibilities
- Oversee formulation, preparation, and filtration operations.
- Ensure compliance with GMP / GDP and internal quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Manage documentation, deviations, and technical reporting.
