Withdrawal stabilization

Wound care

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities in accordance with BMC and AORN standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.

Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care for patients on the assigned unit.

Understand the principles of growth and development across the lifespan, and assess data reflective of the patient’s status.

Plan and modify patient care in accordance with BMC standards, ensuring quality care as outlined in Patient Care policies and procedures.

Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and be willing to take call on a rotational basis, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility.

Monitor and supervise LPNs as needed.

Qualifications

Job Requirements :

ADN or BSN

Registered Nurse

Oklahoma or applicable Multi-state RN license (upon hire)

BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

ACLS certification (within 30 days of hire)

PALS certification (within 30 days of hire)

A minimum of 1 year Critical Care Experience
