We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Customer Service Primary Duties & Responsibilities :

• Properly processes customers’ inbounds; troubleshoots PO’s; systemically confirms 100% accurate put-away; and resolves discrepancies as needed.
• Properly processes customers orders; troubleshoots orders and resolved discrepancies as needed.
• Properly utilizes warehouse management system and maintains appropriate documentation.
• Coordinate and update warehouse employees regarding new and modified customer orders.
• Review shipping and receiving reports to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Provides exceptional customer service to incoming callers, customers and carriers.
• Proactively communicates with customers, employees and the management team to ensure necessary requirements are met.
• Processes, audits and files various documentation.
• Performs various office support activities.
• Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality are job requirements.
• The ability to get along with others and non-violence is a job requirement to consistently promote a positive team environment.
• Assist other employees in the performance of their assigned duties when necessary.
• Occasionally work overtime and o the weekend when necessary.
