Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll for 250+ employees and contractors
Ensure accurate payroll information and compliance with government regulations
Assist HR with new hire paperwork and manage payroll-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of payroll experience required; Quickbooks experience preferred
Working knowledge of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)
Experience in handling wage garnishments and payroll transactions
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Experience in supporting accounting functions related to payroll
