Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position is for a full-time Behavior Specialist with BCBA credentials to support a K-12 school in Plainfield, IL. The role is a contract assignment covering an FMLA leave from mid-October through the end of January. This onsite opportunity requires someone with strong skills in behavior assessment and intervention strategies tailored to the school setting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement behavior intervention plans and conduct functional behavior assessments
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student behavioral needs
• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to promote positive student outes
• Provide training and consultation to school personnel
