Event Manager

This role will support Supper Club Dinner Parties, which Dorsia recently acquired. The Supper Club is a members-only club devoted to the art of the dinner party. At The Supper Club, we surprise and delight our community by hosting exquisite dining experiences in spectacular settings around the world. We collaborate with leading chefs, artists, and brands to promote community through extraordinary experiences. Our members are the heart and soul of what we do.

This role is responsible for ensuring that the programming for each dinner party is always incredible, inspiring, and unique to keep our members engaged and renewing. You will work with a tight-knit team that's here to deliver results. This role reports to the Vice President of Events and is a full-time role.

As the Event Manager, You Will :

• Scout & Secure Amazing Venues : Hunt the city's hottest new restaurants, secret speakeasies, and unexpected gems for our next signature gatherings.
• Negotiate and Optimize Budget : Lock in preferential pricing and smart terms with venues and vendors, then own the numbers so every event is on budget (and still wows).
• Craft Flawless Run-of-Show : Build day-of agendas and ROS docs so precisely that every cocktail pour, AV cue, and wristband hand-off happens as planned.
• Curate Unforgettable Partnerships : Coordinate partner activationsfrom curated wine pours to branded swagand manage delivery, set-up, and the all-important post-event debrief.
• Own our 12-Month Rolling Plan : As soon as one month ends, you're already charting the same calendar slot a year out, keeping our lineup bold, fresh, and always two steps ahead.
• Drive Brand & Marketing Alignment : Turn key event details into scroll-stopping website blurbs, sleek invites, newsletter highlights, proposalsand anything else that brings our aesthetic to life.
• Grow Our Insider Community : Nurture relationships with local brand ambassadors, spotlight fresh faces, and extend invites whenever we have room to welcome someone new.
