Ecommerce Marketplace Onboarding And Operations Manager
The Manager will report to the Ecommerce Director and be responsible for supporting the seller onboarding and operations of marketplace sellers. Primary responsibility is to drive seller support and deliver a strong seller experience.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Oversee the seller onboarding experience, continuously refining processes to support sellers during onboarding and the ongoing introduction of their assortments to JCPenneys marketplace
- Onboard sellers catalogues on the platform
- Train sellers on using the back-office and financial / payments processes
- Be a primary point of contact for sellers in case of functional issues
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to address seller feedback, challenges and demands in order to improve the overall experience of JCPenneys marketplace
- Create and communicate actionable insights to Ecommerce leadership on key onboarding KPIs
- Provide training and coaching to team members on improving processes and seller communications
- Manage offshore marketplace onboarding and seller support team members
