ABOUT THE POSITION
We're seeking a new Talent, Learning & Evaluation Coordinator! The right person for this job is someone who is excited to put their organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills to use to move important work forward. The Foundation has a strong commitment to both equity and learning and we look for people who are energized by both.
This role is the administrative and operational anchor to the Talent, Learning and Evaluation (TLE) team. The TLE team has organization-wide responsibility for human resources, equity, learning and evaluation and works to foster a culture of learning at the Foundation, making sure that evaluation, learning and HR processes are simple and strategic with equity at their core.
COMPENSATION
$71,822 - annualized salary based on a 40-hour work week. Full-time, non-exempt (hourly)
