Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in ensuring customers receive exceptional service every step of the way.

Schedule :

This is a part-time position, averaging 2–3 days per week, 7 am - 4 pm (approximately 18–24 hours). Our core need is coverage on Tuesdays, and there may be some flexibility in which additional days are worked depending on workload and team needs.

Requirements :

Key Responsibilities :

• Field incoming phone calls and emails from customers.
• Schedule and dispatch appointments efficiently.
• Review invoices and estimates after each job to ensure accuracy before dispatching to the next call.
• Follow up with technicians to resolve any questions or discrepancies.
• Proofread documents and ensure customers receive all necessary paperwork.
• Track and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Conduct customer satisfaction calls.
• Carry out targeted phone and email outreach to potential customers.
