Support Developer — Senior C# (Production / Application Support)

Quick summary
We're looking for a hands-on Support Developer who prefers fixing and stabilizing production systems over building new features. You'll triage, diagnose, and resolve platform incidents that impact customers and uptime, working across the full product stack with cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
Investigate, triage and resolve production issues and software defects quickly and thoroughly.
Perform root-cause analysis and implement durable fixes to prevent recurrence.
Design and implement C# and XAML-based platform components when required.
Work with development, QA, operations, and client services to prioritize and close incidents.
Provide technical support for client implementations (configuration, troubleshooting, delivery).
Improve support processes, documentation, and tooling to reduce incident volume and mean-time-to-repair.
Must-have experience
3 - 5+ years as a C# / .NET developer (senior-level experience).
Strong MSSQL skills (querying, troubleshooting, performance tuning).
Experience building / consuming Microsoft Web APIs.
Comfortable working with XML and JSON.
Background in B2B application development and supporting production systems.
Proven experience collaborating across teams and departments.
Familiar with Agile / Scrum ways of working.
Nice to have
Exposure to XAML-based tech (WPF, UWP, Xamarin) — helpful but not required.
Previous role in incident management, escalation engineering, or Tier-3 support.
Experience with monitoring / observability tools and CI / CD pipelines.
