Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Our client is rapidly expanding and seeking a skilled Infusion / Clinical Pharmacist to join their growing team. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a brand-new facility that recently tripled in size to acmodate continued growth.

Start : ASAP

Duration : 13 weeks / Contract to Hire

Schedule : MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts between 8 : 00 AM 7 : 30 PM, with rotating on-call weekends

Pharmacy Setting :

This infusion pharmacy specializes in acute conditions, preparing sterile pounds primarily for :

  • IV hydration
  • TPNs
  • Antibiotics

Technology : CareTend (formerly CPR+)

Requirements :

  • Active Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing
  • Minimum 12 years of prior infusion pharmacy experience (required)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and munication skills for patient and provider interactions
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment and take ownership of responsibilities

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide pharmaceutical care by dispensing medication, monitoring therapies, and consulting with medical staff
  • Oversee prescription processing and supervise pharmacy technicians
  • Review medication orders for accuracy, interactions, and contraindications
  • municate with providers to support optimal drug therapy
  • Maintain pliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
  • Participate in direct patient and provider consultation, including dosing guidance and therapy monitoring

  • Candidates must plete an infusion petency test during the on-site interview
