We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. The BDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating outbound outreach, and helping to build a strong sales pipeline. - Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through calling, texting, and email outreach.
- Research and target potential clients using various tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM systems, sales intelligence software).
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and pain points.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.

- US Work Authorization
- 18 years or older
- Customer Service Experience
- Basic Computer Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and being bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities :
