We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing sales team. The BDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, initiating outbound outreach, and helping to build a strong sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth. What You’ll Do :

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through calling, texting, and email outreach.
  • Research and target potential clients using various tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM systems, sales intelligence software).
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and pain points.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation strategies.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Assist with customer inquiries over the phone, through text, and email while using multiple CRM systems, in a timely manner
  • Follow up with customers to maintain strong relationships and identify any potential issues or concerns with the car-buying process
  • Must maintain a high standard of quality in dials, calls, and achieve target goals

  • US Work Authorization
  • 18 years or older
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and being bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus Ideal candidates should possess the following qualities :
