Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Manager to join our growing team and lead marketing initiatives for our character IP portfolio. This role will drive brand awareness, fan engagement, and revenue growth through creative campaigns and strategic partnerships in the ever-evolving pop culture landscape. As a key liaison, you will bridge cultural and business nuances between our global and Japanese-speaking partners and audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop comprehensive brand marketing strategies for Visional Pop's character IP portfolio
- Create and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistency across all platforms and touchpoints
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in pop culture and character licensing
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand narratives and visual identities
Campaign Development & Execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channelsManage product launches and seasonal promotional campaignsCoordinate cross-promotional activities with entertainment partners and licenseesDevelop fan engagement strategies that build authentic community connectionsPartnership Marketing

Must be fluent in both Japanese and English (written and spoken).Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.5-10 years of brand marketing experience, preferably in entertainment, gaming, or consumer products.Strong understanding of pop culture trends and the character licensing industry.Proven experience in campaign development and multi-channel marketing execution.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously.Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.Preferred Qualifications
