We are looking for an experienced Benefits Administration Manager to join our Human Resources team in downtown Dallas, Texas. In this Contract-to-Hire position, you will play a pivotal role in designing and managing comprehensive benefits strategies that align with organizational objectives. This role offers the opportunity to lead benefits programs, enhance employee well-being, and drive engagement while ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage total rewards strategies, including competitive benefits programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs, oversee open enrollment processes, and promote wellness initiatives.
- Conduct workforce analysis to identify talent needs, address skills gaps, and support succession planning efforts.
- Manage vendor relationships, supervise benefits-related projects, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Utilize data analysis to monitor and optimize benefits program performance while managing associated costs.
- Lead and mentor benefits staff to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
- Communicate updates and changes to benefits programs effectively to employees and organizational stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and oversee benefits budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR management experience with a focus on benefits administration and workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of 457 and 403(b) retirement plans.
- Preferred certifications include SHRM or PHR.
- Proficiency in Workday Benefits Module or similar HRIS systems, along with intermediate Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
- Proven experience in benefits design, administration, and analysis.
- Familiarity with competitive benefits packages and HRIS systems.
