Job Description

Manage and oversee daily on-site construction operations to ensure project timelines are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain workflow efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times. Monitor and manage project budgets and resources effectively. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for construction execution. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company standards. Communicate project updates and address any issues with stakeholders promptly. Travel to various project sites as required to oversee construction activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have :

• Interior construction experience in Office, MOB, Retail, QSR, and / or Light Industrial projects
• Ground-up construction experience is not required, but a plus
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage on-site teams and subcontractors effectively.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
