Job Description
Oversee daily field operations for interior construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely delivery. Maintain strict safety standards and enforce site compliance. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and design teams. Ensure quality control and resolve field issues proactively. Manage documentation, inspections, and punch lists through project closeout.

The Successful Applicant
Proven success as a Commercial Superintendent on interior build-outs. Experience with Class A office or healthcare facility projects. 3-5 years of relevant field leadership experience. Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam). Based in the Atlanta Metro Area and open to travel across the Southeast.
