A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to support and enhance the effectiveness of their sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver onboarding and continuous learning programs for Account Executives and Account Managers
Integrate sales methodologies across all sales motions and lead training sessions to reinforce product knowledge
Analyze sales performance data to identify gaps and implement improvements in sales enablement programs
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related sales support role
Experience enabling sales teams in cybersecurity, PCI compliance, or B2B SaaS environments
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and value-based selling
Proficiency with Salesforce.com and Microsoft O365 tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
