Key Responsibilities :

Lead Sales Operations :

Manage and nurture leads, analyze sales data, and align strategies with market conditions to identify growth opportunities.

Drive Customer Engagement :

Act as a key point of contact for our most important customers, resolving issues and ensuring their needs are met. You will also represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Provide Strategic Leadership :

Lead and mentor a sales team of two, conducting performance evaluations and ensuring a high level of productivity and operational efficiency.

Manage Administration & Reporting :

Utilize data and reporting tools to track sales activities and performance metrics, providing the executive team with insights and recommendations.
