International is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead sales efforts for Idealease, a critical and fast-growing business segment. This high-impact role supports executive-level sales initiatives and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of commercial leasing solutions across the region.
As a key member of our leadership team, you'll bring a consultative approach to sales, foster cross-functional collaboration, and unlock new opportunities that accelerate performance and drive long-term value.

Responsibilities
Consultative Sales Leadership
Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities within the Idealease segment.
Lead cross-functional teams in adopting a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach-positioning the company as a strategic partner, not just a vendor.
Design and execute customer-centric strategies that deliver tailored solutions, drive measurable value, and foster long-term loyalty.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of messaging, strategy, and execution across the customer journey.
Build strong internal relationships to address segment-specific needs-from product innovation to enhanced service delivery.
Serve as a connector between sales and other departments, ensuring customer insights and frontline feedback inform broader business decisions.
Organizational Influence & Strategic Advocacy
Champion the strategic importance of the Idealease segment across the organization, advocating for resources, visibility, and prioritization.
Leverage data-driven insights and market intelligence to influence executive decision-making and support innovative growth initiatives.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by sharing best practices, success stories, and lessons learned to inspire cross-functional excellence.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree
At least 12 years of sales experience and / or product knowledge
At least 4 years of management experience
OR
Master's degree
At least 10 years of sales experience and / or product knowledge
At least 4 years of management experience
OR
At least 14 years of sales experience and / or product knowledge
At least 4 years of management experience
