Job Title : General Production Worker

About the Role

We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in woodworking or carpentry to join a reputable building materials supplier serving the Twin Cities and Central Minnesota. This hands-on role takes place in a lumber yard environment and involves a variety of production tasks including wood cutting, CNC machine operation, and frame finishing.

If you're detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, supportive setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive lumber via forklift and cut wood to specified dimensions using a power saw
• Label and stack cut pieces onto designated pallets
• Catch wood from a conveyor belt and stack onto pallets, using a small crane for heavier items
• Operate the Linear Saw machine (Hund-Dinger) — requires basic computer skills and attention to detail
• Assemble and finish frames using nail guns and tape measures, following color-coded prints for accuracy
