Executive Assistant To The President
We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Business President and Executive Leadership Team. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the President's calendar, priorities, and daily workflow
- Prepare materials, reports, and communications for meetings
- Serve as liaison with executives, staff, and external partners
- Plan and coordinate travel, events, and leadership meetings
- Support special projects and ensure follow-up on action items
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications :
6+ years of executive support experience, including 2+ years with C-Suite leaders (8+ preferred)Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platformsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build strong partnershipsBachelor's degree or EA certification preferred; construction industry experience a plus. Board of Directors exposure a plus.Salary Range : $100,000 / yr.-$120,000 / yr.
