KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Development to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities :

• Define application strategy and offerings; sponsor, design, and oversee change management for processes and metrics
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of the application and development strategy for compliance and effectiveness
• Ensure software development and application management processes meet established standards
• Oversee intake and classification of new project requests; lead software development teams and manage their processes
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management to monitor and manage project pipelines efficiently
• Work to ensure project demand aligns with managed services through effective Service Portfolio Management practices
