The Role : Associate Attorney (Estate Planning & Probate)
We’re looking for a motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. Your primary focus will be on Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration, Business, and Tax planning.

Requirements
Qualifications
Law degree (Juris Doctor) from an American Bar Association accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Nevada, or eligible to obtain a Nevada license within six months of hire. One to two years of relevant experience in estate planning, probate or trust administration, or transactional business law. Newly licensed attorneys with strong interests in the field will be considered. Strong drafting skills with high attention to detail. Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with legal practice management software such as CARET Legal, Amicus, or ProLaw preferred. Tax knowledge such as a Master of Laws in Taxation or Certified Public Accountant designation is a plus, but not required. Membership or interest in estate planning and probate professional organizations such as the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council or the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys preferred.
