Qualifications

• 3-5 years of knowledge and experience in a range of general commercial litigation matters with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice
• Excellent understanding of civil procedure; experience in commercial litigation case management, including taking and defending depositions and managing expert witnesses; court experience
• Must be admitted to the Nevada bar or eligible for admission. Arizona, California, and / or Colorado bar would be a plus
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. Prior clerkship experience is preferred
