Customer Service Representative (CSR) Opportunity
We're hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Customer Care Department in Lowell, AR. This full-time, in-office role plays a vital part in supporting daily operations in a fast-paced contact center environment. You'll interact with customers, technicians, dispatchers, and managers to schedule appointments, resolve concerns, and ensure daily scheduling runs smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries
- Ensure all daily appointments are properly scheduled and confirmed
- Communicate clearly with service technicians, dispatchers, operations managers, and fellow CSRs
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
- Accurately enter and update information in dispatching / scheduling software
- Manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a busy, fast-paced environment
