About The Role We’re seeking an experienced Senior Producer / Program Manager to join our Devices Localization team during a critical coverage period. This role will support the localization of marketing assets from US source content to up to 38 global markets, managing the translation, validation, and transcreation process across diverse asset types including video, copy documentation, and UI screens. Our team manages 16,000+ assets annually, working with cross-functional partners, agency teams, and regional stakeholders to deliver efficient, cost-effective localization programs. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end localization workflows for fast-paced marketing campaigns across video assets, copy docs, and UI screens
Work collaboratively with external agencies and production partners on production and localization of video assets
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout project lifecycles
Manage complex schedules across multiple time zones, accommodating EMEA / APAC partner needs (occasional early 8am or late 6pm calls, minimum every other week)

Client Description
As a Senior Marketing Producer, you help lead outcomes for a single complex or multiple large content creation and production projects as a key individual contributor, acting as an executive producer with a PA. You help develop long-term strategy development for the production of content and media products that address the needs of diverse audiences. Serving as an internal subject matter expert, you demonstrate expertise related to content and media design, development, writing, production (including pre-production, physical production, and post-production), publishing, and operations. You own and develop innovative, new, and high-impact solutions for production and content development problems that may be ambiguous and lacking clear precedent. Influencing stakeholders with competing objectives to align on vision and outcomes in the best interest of the company, you develop and enhance production plans and strategies, drive technical and creative visions, and create compelling stories. You foster a climate where everyone in the organization feels they belong through encouraging inclusive decision making, building psychological safety in the team, facilitating inclusive meetings, etc.
