Key Responsibilities

• Manage transaction calendars for inspections, mortgage commitments, title searches, and closings
• Communicate with clients, realtors, lenders, and title companies to keep deals organized and on track
• Prepare deeds, GITREP forms, affidavits of consideration, and title-related letters
• Open and close files using firm systems (Gavel, Asana, CRM) while following detailed checklists
• Support the attorney with scheduling, document signings, and case organization
