We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Cycle Specialist in Mesquite, TX to support our financial operations. This role involves key responsibilities such as patient registration, insurance verification, charge capture, claims submission, payment processing, denial management, and accounts receivable follow-up. The Specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams—including IT, finance, operations, HR, compliance, and clinical staff—as well as external partners using the EHR system. Ideal candidates will have a foundational understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities that promote teamwork and continuous process improvement.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management
• Must be available to work full-time 100% in office, Monday–Friday.
• Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding (CPT, ICD-10), and reimbursement processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., with an ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software.

Hours : Monday- Friday 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm, with 1 hour lunch

Benefits :
