Your Key Responsibilities :

Lead and Collaborate :

Oversee the implementation and optimization of our social media efforts, both organic and paid. Work closely with the Planning team to create vendor-funded social programs and engage with outside agencies for PR, influencer, and media execution.

Strategy Development :

Formulate social media strategies for our Naturalizer and Ryka brands and innovate by expanding their social presence into new, relevant platforms while developing groundbreaking social media initiatives.

Influencer Management :

Cultivate relationships with influencers and agencies to streamline influencer content across all social and paid platforms. Act as the primary social media contact for both Naturalizer and Ryka.

Cross-Department Collaboration :

Work with various departments to create cohesive social media strategies, calendars, and promotions that align with the overall brand goals. Prepare and present weekly reports on core business metrics to senior leadership.

What Makes You a Great Fit :

A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

2-4 years of experience in PR, social media, or marketing fields.

Experience in retail or wholesale marketing is beneficial.

Strong skills in collaboration, problem-solving, analysis, and multitasking.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
